We want you to have the best possible experience with Zoom Room. If something isn’t working for you, we’re here to help.
✅ Full Refund – Before First Visit
If you request a refund before your first class or lesson, you will receive a full refund.
⏱ Partial Refund – Within 24 Hours of First Class or Lesson
If you request a refund within 24 hours of your first class or lesson:
- Group Class Pass: Refund minus the value of one class ($79)
- Private Lesson Pass: Refund minus the value of one private lesson ($129)
📅 After 24 Hours of First Class or Lesson
If you request a refund more than 24 hours after your first class or lesson:
- We will downgrade your pass to the smallest pass that matches:
- The number of credits you have used
- The time that has passed since your first class or lesson
- A $50 administrative fee will apply.
🛍 Merchandise
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days if it is in resellable condition.

We want to address your concerns personally. Our owner will reach out to you to discuss your situation and ensure we resolve things fairly. Your refund request is time-stamped, so you won’t lose any additional time while we work with you.
