Monday and Tuesday 10am to 7pm, Wednesday 10am to 9pm, Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
How much does it cost?

Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes and sessions are booked in advance. Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation where you'll tour the gym, meet the team, and learn how our training works. After that, you can book classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
