Monday and Tuesday 4pm to 8pm, Wednesday 11am to 8pm, Thursday 1pm to 8pm, Friday 11am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 9am to 5pm
How much does it cost?

Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes and sessions are booked in advance. Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation where you'll tour the gym, meet the team, and learn how our training works. After that, you can book classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
