What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 10am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 9pm
How much does it cost?
We offer a variety of pricing options to suit your budget and training goals, such as $369 for Class Pass - 3 Months: Attend up To 8 Classes. Visit our full pricing page to see all options.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes and sessions are booked in advance. Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation where you'll tour the gym, meet the team, and learn how our training works. After that, you can book classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
