Account Trouble Shooting

Winter Park

If you have classes with us, your dog has a profile with us, but you need a mindbody account to access his or her classes and purchases.  Once you have a human account, we can add your dog’s profile.  This is an update and these steps need to be followed to restore or gain access to your account

 

To create a new account:

  1. Go to zoomroom.com/wp to create a new account if you take group classes – regardless of which store you train at,  This will allow you to use your classes at any gym owned by James.   If you are only taking private lessons, create an account at the gym at which you are training.  If you are unsure where to create your account, please respond to our message and we will help.
  2. In the upper right hand corner, click the 3 lines.  It will pop up a new page.  If you have any issues getting this, look for a pop up blocker.   
  3. If you are signed in, please log out and clear your cache to remove any cookies.
  4. Click Sign Up regardless if you have had previous access to our website or not.  Your dog has the profile, so you the human need a Mindbody account with us to access your dog’s profile.
  5. Click the drop down and locate the correct store.  As I stated above, it most likely will be Winter Park if you are taking group classes at Longwood or WInter Park.  it is near the bottom of the list.  Click continue.
  6. You will now be on a white page that says continue with Mindbody.  This is looking for you to create a new account for you with our website.  My recommendation for everyone is to use your preferred email address but add +wp or +lw.  For example, johnsmith+wp@gmail.com.  This will send all emails to the johnsmith@gmail.com address regardless of what Zoom Room you are signed into – this will be important as you may wish to take classes at other locations if available.
  7. You will now be on an information page that will ask you to verify your human information such as your name and email address.   Submit this information.
  8. Mindbody will send you an OTP (One time passcode) to the email that you used to create the account. It should ignore anything after the +..   Please input this code.  If you have any issues at this point, your domain name might not recognize the + logic and we recommend using or creating a free google account.  This does not have to be your email for communication after account creation so, you can change it at any point after in your client information AFTER we have merged the accounts.
  9. It will now take you to an information page for you to put your primary dog’s information.   Please tell us if you are a current client in your dog’s name by putting either WP or LW after your dog’s name.  For example, my dog’s name is Duck, so I would put his name as Duck WP.  Also please be sure your phone number is populated.  It is very helpful to do this as it will help us identify other duplicate accounts you may have that can prevent successful sign ons especially phone number 
  10. Now you have a brand new account for your dog.  It will not show any previous purchases or account information that is in your dog’s current profile.  Don’t worry, you did not lose anything,  We just have to merge the accounts in the back end.  We will get prompted in our system to do so, and we will do it as soon as we are able.  
  11. Log out of your account.  If you do not do this, you will get errors once merge the accounts similar to Custom ID Not found.  
  12. Please respond to the message with your mindbody account name that you created your account with.  This will help us merge any extra accounts you have accidentally made previously and make sure the right one is associated with your dog’s account.
  13. We will merge the accounts at our earliest convenience.  We will message you once this is complete.
  14. Please test to make sure you are now able to sign in.  You should now be able to schedule classes and see any purchases you have made the location.  
  15. If you are a Longwood client that is transferring classes to Winter Park, the classes need to be manually transferred, so please be patient as we complete the process.  My team will send a contact log to someone who can move the classes.  If you would like to schedule a class prior to the transfer, please respond to this text with the class name, time, date, and location.

 

I have tested these directions and I hope they are clear to help anyone solve their issues.  If you are still unable to gain access, I will set up an appointment to meet with you at the gym so I can see what you are seeing on your device and make any corrections in the moment to restore your access.
