Welcome to Zoom Room Dog Training. By using our website or participating in our dog training classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

• Participants and dogs must be of a specified minimum age, as indicated for each class or program.
• Canine vaccinations are required per our Vaccination Policy.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, including information related to any aggression or aggressive behavior exhibited by your dog(s), regardless of injury.
• Participation is at your own risk, and you should ensure that both you and your dog are in good health to take part in the classes.

Registration and Payment

• Registration fees and retail purchases are refundable/returnable only within the guidelines of our Refund and Returns Policy.
• Payments must be processed through our approved payment platforms.

Code of Conduct

• Participants must treat others with respect during classes and any associated activities.
• Any dog behavioral issues or aggression, including bites to any human or other animal regardless of injury, must be reported to a store staff member prior to beginning any training services or as soon as any incident occurs after you begin training. Purposefully or inadvertently neglecting to disclose prior or current dog behavioral issues may result in expulsion from services without a refund.
• Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in expulsion from services without a refund.
• Any dogs known to be ill or exhibiting signs of illness should not come to the Zoom Room or attend any services. Humans with dog(s) exhibiting any signs of illness will be asked to leave and will only be able to re-attend upon presenation of current proof of health form a qualified vetrinarian.

Assumption of Risk

• By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with dog training activities, which may involve injury or illness to yourself or your dog.
• Zoom Room Franchising is not liable for injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during classes or while in the premises.

Class Changes and Cancellations

• Zoom Room Dog Training reserves the right to modify class details, such as date, location, or format, due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of class cancellations, refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion

Intellectual Property

• All content, including logos, designs, and materials, is the property of Zoom Room Dog Training and may not be used without our permission.
• Photos and videos taken during classes and events may be used for promotional purposes.

Collection and Use of Data

• We may collect personal information from participants, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and, in certain instances, addresses, solely to facilitate your participation and improve our services.
• We are committed to maintaining your privacy and will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for independent marketing purposes.
• We may use information in anonymized and aggregated forms for analytical and marketing purposes to enhance our services.
• By submitting any personal information via a contact form, you agree to receive calls, text messages, automated calls, or emails from Zoom Room Dog Training at the contact information provided. Message rates may apply. Message frequency and type may vary. Text STOP to cancel text messaging at any time.

Privacy

• By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Zoom Room Dog Training is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from participation, attendance, or use of our services or facilities.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Zoom Room Dog Training is located. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
