Children’s Tumor Foundation 5K Walk

Join Zoom Room Sherman Oaks this Sunday, June 3, at the seventh annual Children’s Tumor Foundation Walk.  This charity raises money to combat neurofibromatosis (NF), a term for three genetic disorders that cause tumors on nerves.

The event will take place at CBS Studio Center (4024 Radford Ave) in Studio City.  The 5K walk kicks off at 9:00 am.  NBC weather forecaster Fritz Coleman and New York Jets kicker Nick Folk are slated to host the festivities.

After the walk, stay for live music, raffles, silent auction, canine costume contest and “Krewe of Barkus” pet parade.  Visit the Zoom Room booth and throw your name in the hat to win a free Intro to Agility Class or a free party!

You can register for the event starting at 8:00 am.  Show up with a filled out registration form and pay only $25.  If you want to fill out the registration form on site, the fee is $30.  The proceeds go to finding a cure for children affected by NF.
