September is all about Wilbur!

Seattle

How’s it going? My name’s Wilbur and I’ve been told that I’m one special boy. I used to be a lonely pup all alone on the streets of California, but one day a big truck full of scary humans drove me to a shelter in Portland, OR. The ladies who worked there were very nice, especially one in particular who I instantly fell in love with and I convinced her to take me home for a sleep over. Well, that sleepover has been going on for a year now and I think we’ll be together for the rest of my life.

My mom and I decided to give Zoom Room a try when we moved to Seattle 5 months ago, and now agility is my favorite activity in the world! Over the last few months I’ve turned into quite the agility master, that’s right, you’re looking at the winner of the “Zoomie 300”! Ok, maybe I’m not quite a master yet, I still get distracted by loud noises and sometimes I prefer to make up my own agility courses rather than do what Cheryl says.

In my free time, I like cuddling with my mom and my big sister, Pancake the Chiweenie. I also enjoy learning new tricks and, most of all, chasing a tennis ball. I can chase a ball for hours if I have someone to throw it for me! Oh, and I’ve recently started hiking which is an awesome thing to do here in the PNW. Well, that’s all I have to say for now and I hope I get to meet all of you at the Zoom Room one day!
