Hi, everyone!! My name is Jean, and my mom and dad call me “Jean Jean Jelly bean” when I am very good girl. I was born in CA, and moved to WA with my siblings when we were 8 weeks. Once we arrived in WA, my mom adopted me. My new home has a huge backyard, and also I have a big brother Bars.  He is 8 years older than me and very nice to me. I enjoy playing with him at the backyard every day. I love to run, jump and catch a ball or Frisbee. Also, I love to eat. Sometimes, mom makes homemade cookies, and they are always yummy.

I joined Zoom Room last October and started taking an Obedience 1 group class. However, I was so anxious I panicked. I worry about EVERYTHING, like people walk by the windows, sound of wind or rain. I couldn’t stop whining  in the class, and I had to leave. So sad… After that, I took private lessons for couple months, and I started to be braver and decided to try the Obedience 1 group class again. Also, Cheryl recommended taking Tricks 1 & Puplates to help me gain confidence. That’s the most fun I have ever had!! I learned so many tricks, and my two favorite tricks are “Sit Pretty” and “Puppy sit-ups”.  NOW,  I even have confidence to show my tricks in public. The other day, I had an opportunity to take AKC Dog Trick NOVICE Test and guess what?? I PASSED IT! Woo Hoo!!! My mom almost gave up on me, but all staff at Zoom Room (especially Cheryl and Olivia) encouraged me and mom all the time . If not, I wouldn’t have made it this far… I am now starting Agility 1 and my next journey is starting. I am still a shy girl at first, but please say hello to me and I will show you a big smile, especially if you have yummy cookies with you!!
