My name is Gizmo, but I also have too many nicknames to count. The shelter said I was a retriever/lab mix, but my mom didn’t believe it so she used two different DNA tests on me. It turns out I’m a heeler mix, with mostly other herding breeds mixed in, which explains why I like to bite Mom so much. Especially in agility! Or when I know we’re about to go to agility! I just can’t help myself when I’m excited, but other than the nipping, my mom says I’m the best boy! Especially if you have treats, I will do anything you ask me to.

I was adopted in February 2020, and later that year started going to the Zoom Room. It’s one of my favorite places! My other favorite is Mom’s second job, a doggie daycare, where I get to play crazy with all my friends. I’m very food motivated, and will eat pretty much everything you give me (including veggies!). When I’m at home I love cuddling with my Mom and my cat brother Winchester. Fun fact, if I see a cat outside on a walk I will completely lose my cool, but I love my brother.

The Zoom Room has really helped strengthen my bond with my mom! For that, we are both grateful!
