April’s Dog – Finn

Seattle

Hi!

I’m Finn. I’m a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. I got to go home with my new family just before Christmas. The car made me a little sick the first time, but now I love to go on car rides. I always seem to end up somewhere fun. I was a bit of a challenging puppy but my owners were patient and worked really hard to teach me obedience and manners. I’m almost 6 months now and having a fabulous time digging giant holes in my backyard. I also have some other furry friends in the house that baffle me; my owners call them cats, but they don’t want to play with me.

Thank goodness for the Zoom Room. I get to go there a few times a week. It’s a magical place filled with treats and excitement. The day I went to my first Puppy Preschool class I had the most amazing experience, ever! I met my brother! He was in the same class as me and we love each other so much! His name is Oliver and he is awesome. We’ve become best buds. I can’t believe my luck! I’ve met so many other dogs to play with too. I’m now in Puppy Agility and I think it is so cool. I graduated Puppy Preschool and am in Puppy Obedience. I also get to go to Adolescent Playgroup every Wednesday. SO MUCH FUN!

When I’m not learning new tricks or playing with my friends, I love to snuggle and sleep. I love the beach and can’t wait for summer. I hear we are going to be camping and boating a lot this summer. Guess I better get fitted for my new life jacket.
