At first glance, Milo may seem to blend into the background in class – his soft eyes often lowered, his steps cautious, and his demeanor reserved. He’s the kind of dog that prefers to sit beside his mom quietly rather than leap into your lap. But behind that shy exterior lies a goldmine of bravery and personality that reveals itself in small, steady victories each and every week.
Here at Zoom Room, you may hear us say that “your dog can only be as consistent as you are”, and Milo and his owner, Sarah, are a grand example of that. She and Milo have consistently been showing up to classes week after week and it’s paying off in big ways! With quiet determination and the support of his human and our team around him, Milo is learning to overcome his fears and open up to new things, gradually building confidence and mastering skills with each success. He truly proves that persistence leads to progress and even small steps – taken consistently – lead to big changes.

Milo’s owner, Sarah, had this to say:
Milo is a little shy when you first meet him, but once he gets to know you, his sweet and playful side shines through. He absolutely loves going for walks and riding in the car, especially if there’s a stop for a pupcup along the way.
