It doesn’t take much to notice when you’re in divine presence – and that’s exactly what happens when you see Nyx in action.

Moving with refined grace and impeccable style unlike any other, Nyx is a wonder to witness. However, she’s more than just a pretty face! She picks up new cues faster than we can keep up sometimes, and it’s obvious that she genuinely LOVES learning new things and showing off her tricks – so much so that sometimes she’ll start offering you some of her favorites just to see what gets a smile out of you! In class, she puts on her best, most poised behavior and often it seems like she’s actually taking notes to ensure she retains every ounce of information we’re giving her. In private training or private gym time, she seamlessly flows from play into work mode and back again with nothing more than a quick cue from Mom, with Nyx always deferring to her first.

Her confidence grows with every new experience she has and it’s been a joy watching her build bonds with our trainers to the point of playfully sneaking up behind us, booping her nose into our leg, and then taking off running like a child trying to initiate a game of tag. This brilliant girl is truly a force to be reckoned with, and we are so honored to be a part of her journey and to share more about her with you!

Nyx’s owner, Marissa, had this to say:

Nyx has come so far since she joined our home in 2023. She’s grown from a shy, anxious little puppy, into a more confident, happy, well-rounded dog thanks to all of the hundreds of hours of training and the trainers we have worked with, including those at Zoom Room Scottsdale. She is my service dog and that means we have spent countless hours training together and learning to trust each other. Nyx enjoys spending time going to “work” (aka training out in public) just as much as she enjoys her evening zoomie times with my husband and couch cuddles with me. She is truly such a versatile dog, happy to be wherever I am. I couldn’t be more honored to share my home and my life with this beautiful girl.
