Zoom Room Refund and Return Policy

• PRODUCTS: Returns/exchanges within 30 days, with receipt. Items must be unused, in unopened packaging. Defective items are returnable within 30 days with receipt, but please note that no toy is truly indestructible! Electronic training equipment is non-returnable. Dog food returns for store credit only.
• GROUP CLASS AND PRIVATE TRAINING PASSES: Refundable within 7 days if unused, less a $35 administrative fee. Or refundable within 24 hours after taking the first class or session, less the cost of a single session and a $35 administrative fee. Otherwise, all sales are final.
• CONTRACT PRICING: If you are on a recurring contract, please refer to the terms of that contract, as they will supersede the policies listed here.
• WORKSHOPS/EVENTS: No refunds within 24 hours of the start of the workshop or event. Refund requests made prior will be honored less a $35 fee.
• OTHER SERVICES: All other services, including evaluations and playgroups, are non-refundable.
