Grand Opening – July 25
Please join us for our GRAND OPENING festivities on Saturday, July 25th, 2015.
Zoom Room Virginia Beach is located at 1925 Landstown Centre Way, Suite 200, across from Gran Rodeo Mexican Restaurant.
RSVP FOR THE GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION!
The day’s events will include $5 Intro to Agility classes from 9-3 followed by a fabulous FREE party starting at 4pm. Come and enjoy our complimentary cake and refreshments, and homemade doggy donuts for our four-legged guests. We have a photo booth, caricaturist, fur painting, tricks contest, and a raffle with wonderful prizes. We’ll even fire up our Doggy Disco® light show!
This is truly one of those cases where “the more, the merrier” applies, because for everyone who registers and attends our event, we’ll make a $10 donation to the Bay Beagle Rescue: dedicated to saving those Beagles most in need – the abused, abandoned, senior, and special needs dogs. Our goal is to provide safe, loving foster and adoptive homes for our Beagles for the remainder of their lives.
And the fundraising doesn’t stop at the door! In addition to the RSVP donations, 100% of all proceeds from our raffle will benefit the Southeast German Shepherd Rescue!
$5 Intro to Agility Classes
Every dog young and old can enjoy agility training! This is a great opportunity to check out our agility classes and see just how much fun you can have with your dog. Space is extremely limited and these classes fill up fast, so reserve your spot now!
Can’t make it on Saturday? No problem! We are extending our $5 Agility Classes to Sunday as well, but sign up fast so you don’t miss it!
GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION PARTY: 4-7pm
Sweets
Hot dogs deserve a cool treat during the summer so, Skinny Dip will be on hand with Doggie Dips to cool them off! We will also be providing cake and refreshments for their owners.
Photo Booth
Want a keepsake of this sure-to-be unforgettable evening? Get goofy with your dog in our photo booth! We’ll supply the props and doggy toys, and you’ll go home with an instant picture of you and your furry friend.
Caricature Artist
Can’t get enough of your four-legged friend? We’ll have a caricaturist on hand from Mesmerizing Arts of Raleigh, NC to capture those oh-so-adorable features of you and your dog!
Fur Painting
Instead of the typical face painting you are familiar with for kids, we will have fantastic stencils and pet-friendly paints to make sure your dog is partying in style!
Dog Tricks Contest
Does your dog know a great trick and love to be in the spotlight? If the answer is yes, you’ll want to sign up for our “just for fun” dog tricks contest during the party. We welcome tricks of all levels, whether it’s extremely technical or just for laughs. You may even take home the grand prize!
Doggy Disco® Party
This party is complete with music, disco ball, laser lights for dogs to chase, and homemade doggy donuts.
Raffle
We will have several wonderful raffle prizes including free classes, free private gym rentals, trainer-approved dog gear, local business gift certificates, etc.
Remember, all proceeds go to Southeast German Shepherd Rescue!

Our party is open to all dog owners and dog lovers, completely free of charge. We do ask that you RSVP in advance, as space is limited. Don’t forget, for every person who registers and attends, Zoom Room will donate $10 to the Bay Beagle Rescue.

Are there prerequisites for the agility training? (What commands should the dog already know?)
and are there breed restrictions? Many places in the HR area exclude pit or related breeds.
We have a lab/pit mix. She’s a sweet dog, but gets nervous in new places. Will someone work with her to help her be more confident?

Are you asking about the $5 agility class for Grand Opening weekend or the regular agility classes? Only command to know would be a sit, we will teach the rest.
We would love to work with her to build her confidence. We have seen dogs gain confidence just by taking the agility courses and not doing any other training, but we can meet and discuss further. Are you coming to the Grand Opening?
No breed restrictions!!! We love the Pitty breeds! We personally have to rescued Pit mixes (Bruce is a 2yr old Pit/Bassett Hound and Pottsy is an 8yr old Pit/something…we Dalmatian since she isn’t always the brightest star in the sky)

I registered my dog Scout for the open house on Saturday at 4, and I registered for a class on Sunday. I received an email confirmation regarding the open house but I didn’t receive a confirmation for the 30 minute agility class on Sunday. I believe I picked a class around 3:00 pm. Can you confirm the class? I may have used a different email address. Thanks
