When we think of dog parks, we typically associate them with a great number of unknown variables. Are the other dogs vaccinated? Friendly? Are their owners paying attention and in control? Is it freezing or muddy or blisteringly hot?
We offer what we consider to be a vast improvement over the typical dog park experience. Our playgroups afford a great opportunity for socialization, playtime and exercise, but with many differences. Every dog has current vaccinations. Every dog has been pre-screened to be suitably social. Playgroups are off-leash, indoor and climate controlled, so they can be enjoyed whatever the weather. They are also limited by size of dog – so there are separate playgroups for Small, Medium and Large breed dogs, as well as a separate playgroup just for puppies. We also provide great music, free fair trade coffee, an agility course, and a community toy chest full of great diversions. And the company of wonderful like-minded dog owners.
But perhaps the biggest difference is that an experienced dog trainer is present at all times, able to assist with introductions and etiquette for better interactions, and there to answer any and all questions you may have.
In addition to Playgroups, we also offer a service called Private Gym that is ideal for dogs who are not suitably social for Playgroups. Private Gym is limited to only your own dog (or dogs – up to a maximum of three).
