Chances are your dog IS learning, but there may have been a miscommunication regarding expectations. Different dogs, different types of training will proceed at very different paces. Before discontinuing training, we’d urge you to speak with your trainer. Very often we find that a good conversation can reset expectations and provide valuable insight into your dog’s actual progress.
That said, we don’t want you to be unhappy or dissatisfied! So yes, we do offer refunds in some cases. Please contact your local gym to learn more about their policies.
