Mazel, a 14-month-old Petit Brabancon (Smooth Brussels Griffon), is our first Dog of the Month for 2017, and an accomplished Therapy Dog.

Mazel’s middle name is – you guessed it – Tov! (Note that Mazel Tov doesn’t actually mean “Congratulations,” but rather “Good Fortune”!)

She loves all toys – things that squeak, chewy bones, you name it. She is beyond playful and likes to play fetch, too. Her favorite treats are fruits & veggies like apples, pears, mangos, melons, steamed zucchini, carrots and squash.

Mazel loves to be a Pet Partner Therapy Dog, working through the PAC (People Animal Connection Team) at UCLA. She’s passed all of her classes with great aplomb, is an AKC Puppy Star and Canine Good Citizen. And she also loves to cuddle and do dog agility.

We are so proud to have Mazel as part of our family here at the Zoom Room, and we love to see her sharing her love and comfort with those who need it most.
