Meet Mark and Brian, Bring Home a Pal!

On Saturday, June 11, our very own trainer Kris will be volunteering at the Mark and Brian Pet Adoption Day 2011. KLOS morning DJs Mark and Brian will be at the event and KLOS will be broadcasting live from 10 am – 3 pm.  You will have a chance to meet the famous radio duo, participate in a silent auction, and check out all the animals available for adoption.

A qualified trainer and a veterinarian from VCA Pet Hospitals will be on hand to answer any questions and there will be booths with giveaways.  Natural Balance, VPI Pet Insurance, and Coffee Bean are just some of the companies who will be there.

Stop by the Disaster Animal Response Team (DART) area and say “hi” to Kris.  Find out all about DART and maybe bring Kris a sandwich.

The event begins at 10 am and ends at 4 pm.  It will take place at P.D. Pitchford Companion Animal Village & Education Center, 7700 East Spring St, Long Beach. For more information, check out Mark and Brian’s website.
