You have an adorable rescue – and admirers are always asking, “What is he?” Usually you reply with a shrug and a smile, or your best guess: Chihuahua-Great Dane? Poodle-Weimaraner? French Bulldog-Labrador?

The guessing stops here!

On November 15, from 9 am to 11 am, the Culver City Zoom Room will offer Dog Breed DNA Testing for your lovable Frankenmutt.

This is not the same as the mouth swab DNA tests you’ve seen in pet stores and which only pool a limited breed database with limited results.

We are providing the far more accurate Wisdom panel testing, which involves a simple, quick, and painless blood test. Dr. Rachel Jones, DVM, of Marina Veterinary Clinic in Westchester will be on hand to take samples.

We’ll provide cookies for your dog and juice for you. And, as an added bonus, all dogs who participate will be photographed for a “Guess that Breed” contest!

We know you love your dog no matter what is written in the strands of his DNA, but if curiosity has been brewing, please come join us on November 15th! Cost: $135.
