Accessing our Software FOR EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY (new clients should ignore this page)

Clients who created accounts prior to 2/26/24:

  • Delete the Zoom Room app off of your phone
  • Log out of client.zoomroom.com
  • Delete any bookmarks to client.zoomroom.com from your devices and computers
  • Using your original username and password, log back into our original software on our website at https://zoomroom.com/centerville — your accounts still exist and are still accessible using that login info.
  • Your upcoming schedule is also visible there.
  • Any credits you purchased after 2/25 will be visible there.

Clients who created accounts on 2/26/24 or later:

  • Delete the Zoom Room app off of your phone
  • Log out of client.zoomroom.com
  • Delete any bookmarks to client.zoomroom.com from your devices and computers
  • Check your inbox for an email from us letting you know how to get into your account and set a new password OR visit our website at https://zoomroom.com/location/centerville, select Centerville in locations, and then request a password reset.
  • The purchases you made and services you enrolled into or booked will be visible to you once you log in.
  • Your purchases and credits will also be visible to you there.
Once you are back in our original software, you will see that your past visits, upcoming schedules, and credits are up-to-date. You should not need to do anything. Feel free to schedule additional services as needed. If you notice anything that seems incorrect to you, please contact us via email or at 937-226-9666.
