Over thirty dogs rocked the dance floor last Friday!

We here at the Austin Zoom Room wanted to say a big “thank you” to all of our friends who came out to support the Humane Society for last Friday’s Doggy Disco! The night was a huge success for a great cause, and we wanted to share some of our favorite photos with you.

Over thirty dogs got down on the agility course as the disco ball rolled overhead. There were many breeds of dogs represented, new friends and old, meeting and playing together, and we were so pleased and proud of how well-behaved all our doggies were! And of course, we spotted some bling and some pimped out pooches!  Love that!

Also at the Disco was Buddy, the Humane Society’s featured dog of the event.  What a sweetheart that little dog was, and so well-mannered!  You will all be so pleased to know that Buddy found a wonderful family to take him home over the weekend.

We were so touched by everyone’s generosity, as the Humane Society left with hundreds of dollars in donations. We wanted to give a special thanks to Misty & Solange from the Humane Society for their help in organizing such a fun, philanthropic event. Thanks again, Austin, for such a fantastic, generous show of support for the great work that our Humane Society does all for the love of our favorite pets!
