Keep Your Dog Active at Home

Stuck at home in social isolation or quarantine due to the Coronavirus? The Zoom Room is zooming to your rescue with a series of videos full of activities that you can do at home with your dog. We are all in this together! Dogs appear to be immune to COVID-19, but not to lack of exercise or mental stimulation – so let’s keep them engaged and active!

In this first video, we’ll cover Crawl, Shake, and Doggy Burpees.

Social Isolation Activities for Dogs

Social isolation due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is hard enough on us humans – but it doesn’t have to be the end of all activity for our dogs. In this video we show you two fun activities you can do if you’re stuck at home with your dog.

The first is called Kiss Ups – lots of love plus a great workout. The second one is our version of Whack a Mole – just make some holes in a box, grab a hot dog or a favorite treat, and you’re good to go!

Dog Tricks You Can Do at Home

The majority of Zoom Room dog trainers are now stuck at home due to shelter-in-place mandates from the government to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus. But since we know that all of our clients are in the same boat, we thought we’d share a few of our favorite tricks that you can easily practice at home with your own dog. It’s important for you and your dog to continue to deepen your bonds of communication and to stay healthy with games, puzzles, activities and even some good old dog tricks.

This video includes Sitting Pretty and Twirl.
