How to Play Hide and Seek With Your Dog

The dog trainers of the Zoom Room are in the same boat as our clients and dog owners everywhere. Most of us are now under shelter-in-place orders to remain at home indoors with our families, including our dogs.

But we would love to share some of our own favorite at-home activities we play with our own dogs, and hope you will enjoy these as well.

In this video, we’ll share two of our favorite takes on classic Hide-and-Seek that you can play with your dog. The first one involves hiding treats around the house for your dog to find, to challenge his big old sniffer and brain.

The second one is more like the traditional hide and go seek game, and it’s especially great fun to play if you have kids so they can get in on the action, too.

You can play both of these games over and over again. They are endless fun for your dog – and we hope for you and your family as well – and they are wonderfully stimulating for your dog, providing them with genuine puzzlers and problem-solving challenges.
