Melissa Morgal has worked in veterinary medicine for the past 10 years and has recently signed a franchise agreement to bring Zoom Room Dog Training to Indian Trail, NC. Morgal has a passion for dog training and rehabilitation, and has owned three dogs herself – one of which required lifelong training intervention due to fear aggression and anxiety. Morgal is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to Indian Trail and looks forward to helping the community’s dogs (and their owners!) live happier, healthier lives.

Morgal is responsible for the clinic’s daily operations, including scheduling, customer service, and billing. She also oversees the clinic’s social media presence and website.
“I do not like the compassion fatigue that comes along with working with sick and aging animals,” she says. “It is challenging working closely with families and watching their pets’ condition deteriorate and the pet ultimately pass.”
Morgal is leaving her role at Vet REC to pursue a new challenge. “I am ready for a new challenge and want to help animals emotionally, not just physically,” she says.
