Meet Rose, a gorgeous, sweet, 2 year old Chocolate Lab!  Rose has been with Zoom Room since February of 2016, and she hit the ground running! She and her awesome mom, Jessica, spend as much time as they can at Zoom Room when they are not at Vickery Elementary School.  Yes, I said “they!”  Jessica is a Special Education Teacher at Vickery, and Rose has a job to do there as well.  Every Friday, Rose, now a Certified Therapy Dog with Therapy Dogs International,  goes to school with Jessica to spend time with, comfort, and read with the children who love her most!  Her work doesn’t end there, though, as she is also a regular at the Grapevine Public Library where she spends time listening to, and loving on the children who come to read to her.  Rose has had time in the spotlight as well, as her image could be seen this summer on NBC 5’s “Dog Days of Summer” segment.  When she’s not working, or gracing the TV screen, Rose can be found in her Grandma’s swimming pool, or playing endlessly with ANY kind of round, rolling object!  Her favorite toy (besides the kind you retrieve), is her SADIE BEAR , and her favorite treat is the Hedgehog dental chew (both of which can be found at Zoom Room!).  Her favorite Zoom Room activity is Agility, and ANY social event there that she can find (planned or unplanned)!  Rose loves EVERYONE, and everyone loves Rose!  Congratulations Rose – January’s Dog of the Month!
