Do memberships auto-renew?

What's included in the first visit?

Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation — just you, no dog required. You'll tour the gym, meet the team, learn how our training program works, and ask any questions. After that, you'll be set up to book your first class. Many locations offer the Orientation free of charge.

Can I use credits purchased at one location at another Zoom Room?

No. Each Zoom Room is independently owned and operated, so credits and packages purchased at one location cannot be transferred to another.
